Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 June 2026

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit pmly.app or join our early-access waitlist, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

pmly is in early access and not yet generally available. This notice covers our marketing website and waitlist only. When the product launches, customers will receive a separate, more detailed privacy notice and data-processing terms covering how we handle project data inside the application.

Who we are

pmly ("pmly", "we", "us") provides a professional practice system for project managers who deliver to clients. We are the data controller for information collected through this website. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hipmlyapp@hotmail.com.

What we collect

InformationWhenWhy
Your email addressWhen you join the waitlistTo contact you about early access and the launch
Aggregate usage data (pages viewed, country, device type, referrer)Automatically as you browseTo understand traffic and improve the site
Any details you include in an email to usWhen you contact usTo respond to your message

We do not ask for, or intentionally collect, special-category data, payment details, or any client/project information through this website.

Analytics & cookies

We use a privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics tool that does not set advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you across sites. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this site. Because of this, the site does not show a cookie banner; if that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

How we use your information

We will not send you unrelated marketing, and every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

Legal basis (UK & EU GDPR)

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers ("processors") that help us run the site and waitlist — for example, our hosting provider, our email/waitlist provider, and our analytics provider. These providers act on our instructions under data-processing agreements and may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Where your data is stored

We aim to store and process personal data on infrastructure located in the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA). Where a provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it, or until a reasonable period after launch if you do not become a customer, after which it is deleted. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for our records.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct it; ask us to delete it; object to or restrict our use of it; and request a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time and unsubscribe from our emails.

To exercise any of these, email hipmlyapp@hotmail.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. You also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

Children

This site and the waitlist are intended for professionals and are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

We protect information collected through this site with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. For more on how we approach security, see our Security page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product develops. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where the change is significant, take reasonable steps to let you know.
